This year the goal of the organisation is to try and reach $13 million. The funds raised goes towards research, prevention and support services.

Continuing Professional Development

Applications open on 2 April 2015 for CPD activities that take place from 1 July to 31 December 2015. The online application will be accessible on the 02 April when the applications open.

https://sarrah.org.au/content/continuing-professional-developmentThis scholarship is part of the NAHSSS and is open to eligible allied health professionals who deliver clinical services in Australia. It supports attendance at short courses, conferences, non-award postgraduate modules and clinical placements. There are two rounds per calendar year. The first round is for activities that take place between 1 January – 30 June and the second is for activities that take place between 1 July – 31 December.

Additional Continuing Professional Development Scholarships Available for 2015

As a part of newly announced scholarships by the Commonwealth Government, SARRAH will award 36 additional scholarships under the NAHSSS Allied Health Continuing Professional Development Scholarships in 2015 (18 in the 1st Round and 18 in the 2nd Round) in the identified areas of practice i.e. primary care, aged care, mental health as well as Indigenous Health service.
Funding up to $1,500 per scholarship is available under this category of scholarship.
