Hello,
2016 has been a year full of challenges but mostly achievements for the Selwyn Village DT Team.
Somehow we have managed to raise and shine within our very own Selwyn Universe, we have been able to finally showed many what we are here for (in a very positive way).
Not to many people really understands what Diversional Therapy is, and we know that we still have a long way to go, but we know that with your help and support we will make it.
The main thing is that we have started the snowball rolling and we believe that this ball is going to be huge, so be ready!
And we didn’t want to miss the opportunity in this small space to say out loud a BIG FAT THANK YOU to every single of you because (believe it or not) in your very own way you have helped us and we are very grateful for that.
Someone once said:
‘The planet does not need more ‘successful people’. The planet desperately needs more peacemakers, healers, restores, storytellers and lovers of all kinds’.
And this is exactly what Activities Coordinators and Diversional Therapists across The Selwyn Foundation, New Zealand and the whole world are (we are also successful of course).
But we wouldn’t be able to do this without your help and your support.
